Who we are and how to contact us

Adult Social Care Contact Centre

The (BCP Council) Adult Social Care Contact Centre, strives to hold open conversations with individuals from the very first point of contact, to discover unique options, possibilities and solutions that will enable adults and carers to live their lives as fully as possible, doing things that matter to them right now, in communities they feel connected to.

The Contact Centre aims to build on a person's strengths and connections. With the help of well-timed preventative actions and community support, individuals will be guided to find their own way forward and develop resilience, becoming more active, healthy, happy and independent.

The Contact Centre is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4:30pm.  Telephone lines and emails are monitored during these times.  See Contact us out of hours for cover outside these times.
