If you or someone you know suffer from a drug and/or alcohol problem, we can offer advice and support.

Drugs and alcohol can affect the lives of the people who use them as well as the people around them. We provide a range of services that provide help and support to those affected by substance misuse;

  • advice and information
  • one-to-one appointments with trained staff
  • access to treatment services and aftercare services
  • working with offenders in the criminal justice system
  • needle exchange services
  • help for young people aged under 25 who use drugs and alcohol
  • support for family, friends and carers

Bournemouth residents

Addaction (opens in a new window) can carry out an assessment to identify what your current needs are. Please telephone 01202 558855 to arrange an appointment.

Christchurch residents

Poole residents

The Substance Misuse Assessment and Referral Team (SMART) are the first point of contact. You can call them on 01202 735777.
