Access Dorset

Through our telephone advice line and our interactive website we provide free peer led information and advice on all issues relating to independent living. We also provide one to one advocacy support in times of crisis. Our services are completely free and totally independent.

We are a local charity ran by our members who are all disabled people, older people and/or carers living in all areas of Dorset. We provide information and advice on: rights and discrimination, benefits and financial advice, Independent Living, aids and adaptations in the home, social and leisure activities, community and personal safety and transport. We are also able to signpost to other relevant local support groups and organisations.
