Countrymen's Club

Countrymen's Club is a group that meets at a working farm near Sherborne. It is for older men (50 and over) who want to remain active and involved in the countryside.

Countrymen's Club supports men who have had an interest in the outdoor environment whether this is through agriculture, practical occupations, outdoor pursuits or just a love of the countryside, but now they find themselves isolated because of deteriorating physical or mental health or changing social conditions.

Countrymen's Club will be of particular help to those who have been experiencing Dementia, Parkinson's, health problems and are finding it more difficult to get out. Bookings must be made in advance.

We meet at Rylands Farm near Sherborne.

Activity takes place: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 1pm to 4pm
