  • We are a group of people who have lost a baby at some point in our lives. We meet together in order to gain some help and support and perhaps a new perspective on what has happened. We aim to provide a safe place where people can talk, listen, share their experiences and support one another.

  • Mosaic is a Dorset wide charity offering a pathway of support to bereaved children, young people and their families. We also work with young people who are facing the death of a loved one.

  • New Horizons offers friendship and support group for widows following bereavement.

  • A friendly social support group for widows aged 60 and over. We meet on alternate Tuesdays, please contact for more information.

  • OASIS is a community group dedicated to supporting the recently bereaved in the Wareham area. Around 60 families in the local area are visited each year. A monthly tea is organised for all those that have been recently bereaved, as an opportunity to gather together and talk with other people going through a similar situation.
