    Countrymen's Club is a group that meets at a working farm near Sherborne. It is for older men (50 and over) who want to remain active and involved in the countryside.

    Supported holidays for people with dementia and their carers. The Dementia Adventure Trust supports people living with dementia and their carers by underwriting the cost of our holidays and breaks to make them as affordable as possible.

  • Memory Cafe - Shaftesbury

    Memory Cafés provide an opportunity for people with dementia, families and carers to meet with others, ask questions of professionals and learn from the experiences of others.

  • Mindful Cafe - Gillingham

    Mindful is a registered charity created to support local projects for older people (age over 65) with mental health problems and their carers and people of any age who have memory loss or dementia.

  • Mindful Marching On

    Mindful Marching On is a social activity group in North Dorset for men with memory problems, using electronic gadgets and gizmo's (e.g. Ten Pin Bowling, Golf, Tennis, Car Racing) to engage in fun and entertaining games and a great chance to socialise. Just come along and watch or join in.

    We provide respite holidays for disabled adults and carers, as well as dedicated breaks for people with Alzheimer's and carers. We currently run three accessible holiday centres in Southampton, Chigwell in Essex and Southport in Merseyside.
