  • Durlston Country Park and Durlston Shed

    We hold various events at Durlston Country Park, including many free events where donations are welcome. Please check our website for details of dates of when the events are taking place. Events marked with the forget-me-not symbol are suitable particularly for those with dementia. There are also sessions at Durlston Shed which are open to all but particularly suitable for people with dementia.

    We provide respite holidays for disabled adults and carers, as well as dedicated breaks for people with Alzheimer's and carers. We currently run three accessible holiday centres in Southampton, Chigwell in Essex and Southport in Merseyside.

  • The Filo Project

    The Filo Project offers high quality day care in an intimate home setting in the community for small groups of older people. Our service supports individuals who are socially isolated, many experiencing symptoms associated with moderate dementia, including memory loss. In Dorset, we have services in Lyme Regis and Bridport.

  • Wellbeing Walks - RSPB Weymouth

    Join us for this free fortnightly event at Radipole Lake in Weymouth, a chance to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a gentle stroll experiencing the sights and sounds of our nature reserve. This is a sociable event great for a healthy body and mind. This event is particularly suitable for anyone wanting to lose weight, recovering from illness or wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The walk is also dementia friendly.
