Dorset Patient Transport Bureau

Patient transport services supports those people registered with a GP practice in Dorset who need assistance when attending a pre-booked appointment with a clinic or hospital. The Dorset PTB will ensure that you are taken to your appointment by the appropriate means of transport suitable to your medical condition using vehicles tailored to your needs.

The opening hours of the Patient Transport Advice Service (PTAC) is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm.  Telephone: 01278 727457, the designated patient line.
