The Lantern Community

The Lantern Workshops offers meaningful day opportunities for adults with a learning difficulty.

Our facilities are wide and varied and include:

  • pottery
  • weavery
  • bakery
  • horticulture
  • land craft
  • wood craft
  • art studio
  • seasonal craft
  • shop and cafĂ©

The workshops generally are open from 9am to 5pm five days a week. Please contact for details of costs.

Activity takes place: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9am to 5pm
Audience: Learning disability
Areas served: BH21 (Colehill, Corfe Mullen, Merley, Sturminster Marshall, Wimborne), BH22 (Ferndown, West Moors, West Parley), BH24 (Ringwood), BH25 (New Milton), BH31 (Verwood)
